No, our meals are delivered fresh and chilled. Our meals are specially packaged in a refrigerated box and shipped with ice packs to keep your package cold during transit. When you get your box, simply unload and place your meals directly in the refrigerator. When you are ready for a meal, all you have to do is heat and eat.
No, there is never any cooking with our meals. Our complete meals come ready to eat so you can enjoy at your own convenience. We take care of the shopping, cooking and cleaning! All of our meals are pre-portioned and complete with heating instructions and a full ingredient list.
We know if food doesn’t taste great, eating can sometimes be hard. That’s why we have a really talented team of chefs building tasty recipes with only the best ingredients.
Since we don’t use artificial or chemical preservatives, the meals have a refrigerated shelf life of about 6-7days. Every meal has a “use by” date on the front of pack.
Even though our meals taste best when eaten fresh, you can freeze them if you can’t get to them by their “use by” date. You simply need to add a couple of minutes to the heating time and reheat from frozen, without thawing. We recommend confirming that the food is reheated to at least 75C, the same as reheating from fresh!

We deliver most of our meals 3 days after you have placed your order.
There is no need to be home when your box arrives. You can leave us with instruction on where we can deliver your package safely until you are home.We will provide this information to our delivery partners. Our special chilled / insulated boxes are packed with ice packs ensure that your meals stay nice and cold on your doorstep. When you get home, place your meals directly in the refrigerator and then place all your packaging in the recycling bin. All our packaging is recyclable or biodegradable.

Yes you can choose a combination from set menus and build your own options to make your 6 meals. You can also choose all your 6 meals mainly from set menus only or build your own option. Whatever your choice of 6 meals we will give you the best.
Yes. Our containers are both microwaveable and dishwasher safe. but not oven safe. Our bowls are durable and you can reuse our bowls over and over again.
No you can use our single purchase option for one off orders. If you choose a subscription plan, it can be cancelled anytime.
In general, you’ll have 5–6 days before you receive your meals to make changes to your next order. You can find your specific deadline in your confirmation email.
We’ll make sure to send you a reminder email every week on the day before your deadline, and you can always edit your orders up to two weeks in advance online. If you ever want us to confirm your deadline for you, feel free to contact us.
You’re able to find the ingredient and nutrition information for our meals on our website on the detail of each menu. For our build your own , ingredient listing will be on the packaging.
We require at least 24hrs notice to fulfil catering orders. For larger parties we will require more. We are flexible and will work to your specific requests in terms of party size. We can cater for any party size
